OpenSea unveils new feature that automatically distributes 'creator earnings'
According to the official Twitter, NFT marketplace OpenSea has launched a new feature that can automatically distribute "creator earnings". When each time a creator's NFT is sold, the creator can get a certain percentage of the sales price . That is, these creators’ earnings are automatically paid out whenever an NFT is transferred from one wallet to another after purchase. Creators can set a percentage of up to 10% and can add multiple addresses that accept fees, although adding multiple addresses may increase the buyer's gas fee. However, OpenSea does not support creator fees that are directly transferred to Solana NFT collectibles on the platform, and need to be set or modified on-chain.
